What we collect
We collect only the information necessary to operate the platform: your name, email address, phone number, and connected social account details (YouTube channel name). For brands, we also store your company name and business contact information.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to operate your account, verify content submissions, and process payouts. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose outside of running the platform.
Payment records
Payment activity — including payout amounts and transaction records — is processed through our technology and may be publicly visible as part of how the system works. Do not use an account identifier you wish to keep completely private.
Third parties
Your data is never sold to third parties. We use Supabase for authentication, and Google OAuth for YouTube channel verification. Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@dalahub.xyz. Note that some payment records cannot be deleted due to the nature of our payment technology.
